Monetary Donations: Your donations can be made in the memory of a loved one and we would be happy to remember them by posting their name in our Quarterly Newsletter. Donations go to many projects, maintaining our web page, purchasing books or documents, purchasing items to maintain the archival integrity of our archives, or keeping updated on genealogy technology.

Donation of historical items: We happily welcome donations of pictures, documents, books, family histories etc, that tell the history of our beloved Coles County, IL or surrounding counties. Please remember, we have limited storage space and can only accept smaller items.
